Not word for word, but basically if I have ever had to deal with an irate customer before and what did I do or say to resolve the situation.
They just asked the whole group about each role (specialist, genius, and so on) and got group feedback on what was important to the role. No one was singled out to answer, and people had to take their own initiative to give answers.
