I was contacted by a recruiter and initially had a phone screen. Then was called on site. Had discussion about the role and strategies with 3 engineers from the team and a product manager. The product is interesting and the role looked exciting but rejected the offer since the offer made did not even match my current salary. Whole process took about a week
