Interview
Pretty simplistic interview process. Received an email about a day after applying asking for a phone interview, scheduled that interview and did it later the same week. Phone interview mostly was them asking about my knowledge of the company, why I wanted to work for them, and personality questions. Interviewer also took some time to explain the position in the phone interview. Was later invited to an in person interview which was subject to an NDA so no details there.
Around a week after the interview I received a rejection via email.

Interview
I was contacted within the same week as when I applied for the position. They have multiple titles for what is essentially the same role, and this is to ensure a diversity of the team ... an absolutely essential element to it functioning well.
First I interviewed with a team member via Skype video chat. Within the next few days, I had an in person interview with 2 team supervisors. It went well and about a day later, the HR director from Redwood City contacted me with a very fair offer, which I accepted.
Tip: Do your research on the company. And don't apply if you are not someone who a) works well in high-pressure situations and/or b) is looking for a traditional work environment/schedule.
