About my previous experience and background
Written Questions: There were six questions. Safety Incident Report, Security Situation in the region in concern, a scenario based question, what to do to promote the outlook of some government officals towards NGOs, a writing sample in the local language. Skype Interview: There were many questions and it took about one hour! They asked about previous experience etc. I can't remember well all.
