they like to get you involved in a role play where you pick up a few items from the shopfloor to build up and outfit for a celebrity, then you have to talk about it explaining how and why you chose those pieces and try to sell it so that's basically how you show them your customer service skills. they simply ask you to introduce yourself but often avoid questions about your future and career goals.
