Phone screen was just asking about me, who I am, and where I am today. Nothing too specific or demanding. Cognitive logic exam and Skype part were straightforward. Many samples of them online. HR questions were about my work authorization, citizenship, etc. Excel questions were if I knew stuff like Pivot Table, IF function, VLookUp, etc. Also my interests and what I know about Pictometry.
Tell me about a time you had to teach someone technical skills.
There were almost no questions because the hiring manager talked about the company the entire 40 minutes. He then told me of the next step which was to be called back for a test on Excel and Access. As we were returning to the lobby he said that Woodstream has the most of the Type A personalities in the county working for them. He then tells HR he did not want me to come back for the test, guess I wasn't a Type A! Otherwise it was a great fit.
