I have been working in my current company from last 14 years which is my 1st Job and Presales head asked an unexpected question which i think has nothing to do with my existing or for the current job which i applied. Question was : Tell me more details about you before your first Job ? Most Difficult question was : "Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?"
Once the strengths have been discovered by you an interviewer you need to give examples of when you used that strength in your career. Really not that hard, there is a lot of role playing involved as well. The old sell me a pen one as well.

My name, What Uni I attended, What I studied, What I achieved, My Rolemodel, my greatest non-academic achievement. Why would I want to work in a Business to Business Sales position? Why employ Graduates, Why the technology sector?
