Most of the questions were fairly simple and straightforward. There weren't really any that caught me off guard except maybe the fact that they asked if I had worked any type of labor jobs. I'm assuming the purpose of that was to gauge work-ethic.
My interviewers in the office were a sales engineer, a few programmers and the head of sales. Questions ranged from what I was doing to keep current in the field of programming to why I felt I was the right person for the job.
