Was her open ended and conversational. No contrived cookie cutter questions were asked. Instead, she asked me what kind of questions I had. So refreshing to have a conversation, rather than "why do you want to work here..."

No difficult questions at all. Staff seemed to be going through the motions. Staff were 1/2 hour late for the interview while they just had you wait. Brought a portfolio of sample marketing pieces and staff wasn't interest in looking at examples.
