Interviewed with Upper Manager - asked if I got commission plan and job description (which I didn't), then she emailed it to me. Being able to read it over in 2 minutes did not allow me enough time to grasp entirety of it and ask relevant questions. A lot of statements around if I would be able to be alone out in the field, KPI's (100 prospecting calls plus 2 calls or in-person with decision maker/week). Also told me some accounts were already taken and I couldn't call on those. She highlighted a lot of negativity of the job, which may be her trying to be realistic, but I've been doing outside sales my entire career, and know the downfalls. Definitely didn't sell me on her or the company.
