Very easygoing. They wanted to see what my interests were, why I loved the brand, and how I would interact with a customer. Some questions included: "How would you describe your personal style? What does good customer service mean to you? What would you do on your day off?" They really want to get to know who you are, and want to see how comfortable you would be connecting with a customer, etc.
