Nothing much as they also know they would not get much experienced manpower due to company's bad image in market and really low budgets, they ask simple questions and try to on-board the candidate, if you meet eligibility criteria which again decided by Mr. Manuj Gutpa for each profile every time.

Technical round was bit tricky and it was more practical .Asked about the scenarios i was actually gone through.2 Technical consultant were taking the interviews. Manager round was not good.As per the TCS quality,Mangers are ruining there quality
