I won't give away the questions, but my team cared a lot about issues that are important in multi-threaded programming. These were general, fundamental parallel programming questions. No questions were CUDA specific. In fact, basic knowledge of a specific parallel programming framework (like OpenMP) would not help much. The questions were fair and the interviewers were nice.
Situational questions: like a time you persuaded to do a work or got criticized or criticized someone.

What do you know about crystallography?
1. Describe your coding experiences. 2. What interests you about consulting?
Why are you interested in this position?
What are the technical problems I faced and how did I overcome them
Why I was interested in leaving my current role.
Why do you thing you’re a good fit for this company?
All of the questions were thoughtful and relevant to the job and my experience. One question that was asked during the final interview was to tell something about my experience that I was not able to include in my resume, which was a great question and opportunity.
