The questions were not difficult. The test on the computer to test my skills for emailing, creating excel files, setting appointments was the most difficult part.

Area of Strength and weaknesses
DOJ has fallen alot over the past couple of years. At one point they wanted to close. As DOJ progressed and push forward thankfully we havent. But we are now looking forward to new owners in the up coming months.
Am I familiar with certain programs. Why am I looking for a new position.
Where do you see yourself in five years? (Are you KIDDING?)
Typical interview personality and specific position questions. You are given a sheet of paper with the questions oultined and a few minutes to consider your answers. The panel then takes notes on your response and you are given a weighted number which will give them an idea who to call back. All relatively easy at that time.
Do you have experience in customer service?
