A company that said they were interested in our product asked us to come in person to explain it, and when we started the interview, the person in question was not interested, and his supervisor (remote connection) was actually interested, so the interview was to find out if we could have a conversation to confirm the range of interest of everyone in attendance. They play the role poorly, so you are put in a situation where it is difficult to determine if it is an act or a conversation as an interviewer.
