Tell us about some interesting technical problem you had and how you resolved it? What motivates you? What did you do in your previous positions? Git flow to create a new branch and them merge it back.
Interview lasted about 2 hours Initially I had a pair programming session with one of their engineer: I was asked to implement a component with tests in my preferred language After that, I was asked to comment some existing legacy code, essentially to find out pitfalls/defects and suggest ways to improve it Then I had a more high level chat with one of chief engineer, about communication patterns Final step was a general chat focused on the company culture and personal attitude Eventually had to give up, because of personal reasons, but I really liked the company and partially regret my decision.
