The initial interview questions were challenging, but not impossible. Overall, I felt the interviewers asked difficult, yet meaningful questions that brought value to our conversations.

It was very conversational versus STAR format.
Tell me about yourself. When was a time that you had to deal with a difficult client? Where do you see yourself in five years? Tell me about a project that you worked on, the process behind it and how you measured success.
I asked one of the interviewers, "If you could change one thing about your business strategy, what would it be?" and she was stumped and demonstrated visible irritation that I asked the questions. Perhaps that is why I never heard back?
Nothing unexpected - it was just a good conversation about my experience.
