Can you describe how you manage a project?
How do you handle stress? How do you solve problems when you don't have all the information you need? When was a time you used creativity to solve a problem?
All the basic stuff you hear from scripted interviews: why us, why did you leave your last role, tell me about a time..., how would your coworkers describe you..., etc. Me personally I prefer open-ended conversational interviews instead of boiler-plate questions, but different strokes for different folks I suppose.
