The tone felt overly critical and dismissive, making it difficult for a productive or collaborative conversation.
Questions were mostly situation-based: for example what practical steps would you take to achieve a project goal (e.g. increase volunteer numbers for this initiative by x amount) within a certain time with certain limitations. Interviewers will ask follow-up questions based on your proposal and will go in depth into challenges you may face.
