Pros: The interview process started on a very positive note. The HR and initial interview rounds (HR + 3 rounds) were scheduled promptly, with rounds happening within days of each other. The interviewers were professional and asked fair, mostly behavioral questions, along with some technical and applied skill-based questions relevant to the role. It felt like a well-structured and transparent process initially. Cons: Unfortunately, the decision-making process post-final interview was disappointing. Despite the initial efficiency, it took the company over a month to provide a final decision. During this time, updates were sparse, even after multiple follow-ups via email. HR mentioned they were working on it, but more weeks passed with no clarity. Eventually, I received a rejection after this extended period, which left me feeling undervalued as a candidate.

Almost entirely behavioral questions. First interview with HR was standard "tell me about yourself, when can you start, why Smartsheet?" etc., then with later interviews it was almost all "tell me about a time" or "how do you deal with ___" and so on.
