Such questions were very behavioral. How do you handle conflicting interests when short on time. How do you prioritize asks. Etc.
Four interviewers. I was asked about relevant experience from three of the four interviewers. These were fine. The department head was all over the place, however and I have no idea what he was trying to accomplish. Maybe he had too much caffeine.
