Interviewers seemed to dig really deep into my previous decisions throughout my career. E.g., the answer "Because I felt that finance/marketing/etc. was the sphere that I enjoyed in my previous position" wouldn't be sufficient by itself. You'll be asked several "whys" before you move on to the next question.
