My agile, varying approach to varying levels of senior stakeholders
To present a case study on my vision for the role.
really straight forward questions related to the job, no 'googled cookie cutters' questions, which was a huge plus. 1. direct search experience/ headhunting 2. hiring volume experience 3. team leading skills experience Actually in general very nice exchange of opinions, rather dialog. Professional in a sense that both sides could discuss. I really liked right away the HR Manager who interviewed me at a time, I thought we would click working together alongside. I had mixed feelings after talking to co-founders, proffessional poker face, could not tell what they were thinking. Chief Sales Officer had the most I would say concrete questions- straight to the point, after interview with him i felt I should have tried harder with this one :)
