What is the best strategy to improve SEO traffic?
Most questions were situational. They asked me if I had confrontations with employees, what it was and how I handled it. They asked if I have advocated for diversity in my personal life or in my career. Skill set definitely does not come first with this company if you want to make it to the next interview. It definitely was the strangest interview I ever had.
1st and last question: Are you willing to work on a contract basis?
They asked for my SAT scores even though I was nine years out of high school. No joke. That really weirded me out.
