The interview I had was very casual & brief - I had pretty much been given the job already so the interview was more a formality at this stage.
Why are you the right candidate for the position/
Your name, age, why you want to work for Coles etc. There was group activities where we had to sell a product to the group in under 2 minutes. Another activity was working together to put items in order from cheapest to most expensive.
Just remember be calm n have patience. Dont interrupt manager while he/ she talking, listen her fully. As this will show you are a good listener too, which is important for customer service. Even if you know answer let them complete before you talk.
