Steps 3-5 were more personal and felt as if they were designed to gauge personality and mindset as opposed to skills; skills are certainly required, but in my experience, what you did not know could be taught. It is much harder to change what type of worker you are and how you fit in with others.

And he also want me see if a 120V cord was shorted or at least simulate how I do it with a multimeter so I did the way I normally check, which check for continuity to find the break in the wire. The manager may not of liked the way I did it so he showed me his way which was check with the leads on just one side of the 3 prong plug checking between the three.
