It was a two way interview process. First is the telephone round in which the interviewer first make us familiar about the whole interview process. Give some information about the role. Interviewer asked what do you know about Metrobank, why you want to work in Metrobank. Then some customer service questions about the previous job . Second was a face to face zoom call where in the interviewer asked same questions but we have to gave an elaborate answers. Scenario based questions and Role play round.
