Incredibly their questions were all softballs and easy to answer, if anything they seemed to lack professionalism quality and were awkward at interviewing, I had to input and/or take the lead in the interview which is strange as I was the one interviewing for the job.

I was not really asked questions. I was told the job, had an hour long discussion about social services, the current Service coordinator joined us and explained what she did then it was over.

During the actual interview he asks you if you can handle customer rejection, what he doesn't ask you is if you can handle being rejected by someone who gets called everyday, 18 times day. At this company they are very minimal about the information they give you. It IS a sales job. Not a customer service job. It IS telemarketing. It IS harassing the owners to buy more time shares.
