Tell me about a time when you stepped out of your comfort zone and tried something new to influence a different result at work? The DM didn’t ask me proper questions because they had already made up their bias decision of hiring me or not. Everyone but the DM wanted to hire me. Always remember just because you make it to the end doesn’t mean you have the job. I never thought I had it, I knew they liked and loved a lot of my answers but I knew I wasn’t going to get it.
