What do you do at work when you don't have anything to do?
1) an interview with the HR staff : Several questions about your career, reasons why do you want to change job , why capgemini and what are your expectations in terms of salary package. You fill an application form at the end. 2) an interview with an operational manager: same questions as the HR staff did and in addition, he/she ask you some technical questions related to the field your are hired for in order to check your competencies. 3) if you pass the two first steps, you will have a last meeting with the HR staff to talk about the salary proposition.
The most difficult question the interviewer asked was if I could handle dealing with an offshore team. The questions were so basic, and she didnt even ask specifics about my last position.
