Questions weren't difficult but it seemed they had a very vague idea of the position, the compensation, and at the end of the interview process indicated that initially, hiring was through a temp agency. I did not like the fact that they didn't disclose that this was actually a temp to perm opening. Had I known that was the case, I would never have submitted my resume.
