Why do you want to work at Aldi?
Interview wasn't traditional, district manager appeared as if he had no experience conducting interviews before. Did not ask me any questions pertaining to my degree, work experience, etc., all he asked were what questions I have about job. Asked me if I had additional questions after meeting with store manager when in fact I had not yet met with store manager. Goes to show how organized and on top of things he was.
What would i do if i owned my own grocery store, how would i run it?
Can you lift 45lbs? Do you have reliable transportation? Are you able to work in the U.S.?
