Hiring process I found add on craiglist I emailed my resume and cover letter got a call that week to come in for an interview with the program director . She asked a question about my experience. Why I wanted to work with kids . My management style . How I would handle a difficult parent . What type leader I was . The interview went really well I then had an interview with the principal . They asked me relative the same questions. Work experience , what type of discipline do I believe in ... I was told it was a rough school so how would i handle an angry parent ect .. Then I was offered the position the next day.
