They asked me a lot of situational questions - tell me about a time you made a mistake, what's your biggest accomplishment, etc. I spent a large chunk of the time going over my SWOT, and also tried to leave time for my own questions. With almost each person I felt that I ran out of time. One of the girls was solely focused on questions focused on my learning style - what was a time you had to learn something difficult (or something like that). I understand they want to know how quickly I will pick things up, but I felt it didn't need to be 30 minutes spent on how I learn things.
