Talk us through your CV
Be ready to discuss your entire CV/resume. Every person I spoke to asked me to walk them through my CV. Definitely over prepared. No behavior questions were asked.
Mostly scenario based questions, how would you deal with this situation?
NO difficult questions as such.
What do you like to do in your spare time? What skills can you bring to this role. What interests you in joining national gas. How would your commute change in travelling to work each day.
Well, I would say the interview process is ok and the team is nice and friendly. The provide guidance clear to progress the interview process. However, I feel waste of my time as they withdraw the offer due to async. I'm the first engineer in APAC while most of other engineer are based in East coast timezone. I think that might due to I asked for a salary increase. We have got agreement for everything even for on-borading, contract draft, when to start, etc. Then then withdraw my offer after I asked if I can get a salary increase to xxx. The reason they provided is async. Anyway, interview process is ok, just the management team should make a line who they want to hire and what is not acceptable. Just in case to waste anyone's time for the candidates and company. I still would recommend Pleo if you are based in US or EU.
I understood that, they're still learning and don't much exposure. I didn't find any question as difficulty, all of them simple DevOps skills
