Questions were "Why I joined the company, why I moved on or left the company? I've had 5 different job in the last 14 years so I had to explain throughly to him (AG, VP of Manufacturing) why I joined and left each time. He was not interested in my strongest attributes or knowledge about the job, but was interested in job longevity at each company that I have worked for. At the end of the interview, AG mentioned that he prefers to hire someone from within and promote. That's pretty much says it all. I was just an addtional peripheral requirement to satisfy the company's hiring policy. I wasted preparing for the interview, gas money, meeting and talking to the recruiter and declined other job interviews/ opportunities for the this job at Coveris.
