He was not interested in the candidate's previous experience but had some basic questions about AWS, kubernetes, terraform, and helm chart. The person seemed to be waiting for the answer he has in his mind and once you utter those "exact" words, he will proceed to the next question. There is no back and forth discussion or exploratory questions to understand the depth of knowledge. What is more important is that the person gets borderline angry and gets agitated when I ask some 'ways of working in the team' related questions. The team structure is very unorganized and seemed to lack team player mentality.
