What was my biggest strength
Most of the questions for this particular interview focused on PBL and inquiry. However, one question that stood out what how I dealt with change.

I didn't expect to be asked about my salary range within 4 minutes of an interview. Make sure to butter up the middle school principal, who was not very friendly. They also ask a question about discipline, like what techniques you use.
