All of them were difficult as you must think on your feet. There is a list of over 150 questions and 10-12 are chosen for each interview.
They had a taped list of scenario questions on the table in front of me. I was to explain how I would handle each scenario without asking the panel any questions. They were all questions about child abuse and neglect investigations and how you would handle the family and children in crisis, including hostile, aggressive, and threatening clients.
