Nothing too difficult, if you want the job and are right for it you will answer it correct. They just ask you about past situations and cases. They are never the same questions.
What would you do if your wireless printer wasn't connecting?
Describe a time when you exceeded your own expectations at a job. Describe a humbling experience. What was the most difficult work experience and how did you overcome it? Example of a time to better yourself as an employee and what I took from the experience? How to handle differences with co workers?
Tell me what is more important .. great customer service or fixing the customer's problem?
Tell me a time where you had a very upset customer, and were able to go above and beyond to help them out and resolve the situation?
Tell me how you would explain troubleshooting an Ipod/Ipad/Mac to someone with a language barrier or someone who's not technically savvy.
