I don't remember the interview questions, but they are basic interview questions. Explain yourself, angry customer, above and beyond, where u see yourself, etc. Someone calls and reads the questions from a paper and jots down your answers. I have never had a call center job but I have plenty of customer service experience therefore I sold that.

How did you achieve that goal and what did you learn from that about yourself? 3- Tell us about a time where you were challenged by sth/sb, how did you settle that challenge, what were the results and what did you learn about yourself? and she asked some questions of her own? 1- what are your availability? 2- what languages do you speak? 3- how did you learn those languages?
