Most of the questions were related to my past experiences confirming my knowledge on topics listed in my resume. I got the impression that more importantly candidates need to be willing to think out side of the box and entertain new methods and ideas that they may have not be previously been exposed too. The interview questions were designed to understand the personality of the candidate and how they would fit into the organization.
