Employers look for candidates who can learn quickly and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Expect to answer a lot of coding questions as well as a brainteaser to test your ability to think outside the box.

It was a human resources interview to get to know me. I also had experience in the same position. I am an active person who can express myself, so I think this stage went well. The feedback they gave me at the end of the interview was positive. I was mostly asked QUESTIONS about my school life, work experiences, internship experiences and my graduation project, but also QUESTIONS about how I developed myself outside of school.
Most questions were related to the functionality testing and the HIL setup. Few C programming questions related to strings were also asked.
