The questions changed depending on who was conducting the interview. Some focused specifically on Salesforce technology, others focused on past experiences from projects and client engagements.
What does outcome-based design mean to you? Strategically, how would you approach potential client engagements with this in mind? Since this was 10 months ago, I don't remember too many other questions.

I don't recall any brain-busters however I knew my presentation subject matter to the finest detail and had spent 5-6 hours preparing & rehearsing it. IBM emphasizes preparation so try to be as thorough as possible in your prep work
