The recruiters do a great job of preparing you for their questions. There wasn't a question that seemed out of line or overly creative. I was asked if we were bringing Google to another city how would I proceed with the rollout process?

Standard interview questions along with the 'exercis.' The only odd part was when the hiring manager asked about how I would approach an RFP for a specific service. Her followup questions weren't in formulated in way to test knowledge but more she was asking because she didn't know.
