HR manager is a big guy and the 1st round screening is a video call! He is responsive and I got both the screening and 2nd round google meeting interview done within 2 weeks. Thumbs up for him. 2nd round video call was done by a tech lead. The video interview went on well and I received good comment such as "You are so successfully at XXX why you want to leave". I think I overqualified which might make the tech lead feel unsafe. I followed up and there's no answer.
