First interview was a written technical exam related to my field of specialization. Second interview was with HR and some technical people in the firm. Third Interview was with technical people in the firm where you are given a scenario which you explain how you will solve it. You also give one scenario problem and how you went around solving it. The forth, interview is with the line partner and the HR director where you explain your answers to the first written exam and a few other questions.
