The recruiter was super responsive and helpful throughout the process, which made scheduling smooth and stress-free. Hiring Manager: Covered TMAY, relevant work experience, a few basic SQL questions, and a short case study where I calculated a break-even point. More about structured thinking than heavy math. Technical Round: 3 SQL questions (Leetcode medium difficulty). The last question was scenario-based: given two tables, write a query to calculate a KPI while thinking about edge cases like NULLs and duplicate accounts. Stage 4 – Behavioral with 2 Directors: Focused on TMAY, Why SoFi, relevant work experience (A/B testing, marketing analytics, stakeholder management), and where I see myself in 5 years. Stage 5 – Behavioral with Sr. Manager: Similar format: TMAY, Why SoFi, what I’m passionate about, and why I think I’m a good fit.
