Because culture is so important at the company, during the interview, they asked a variety of questions to get to know me as a person beyond the typical questions about my previous roles and work experience. I really liked this, and I appreciated that they wanted to see who I really am as a person, on top of my work skills.
Why do you want to work at Arup?
During both interviews, I had the chance to talk about what motivated me to pursue a new job and share my past experiences. Furthermore, they asked me a few questions to understand my technical skills better.
