They actually asked me how I would write a complex query using R on a data set?!? This is completely out of scope for a Senior Director Role!
Interview questions were not well-planned and all about how you are already doing the position and have commensurate responsibility (which is essentially CEO-level without CEO pay).
Questions about my leadership or specific results in engagement surveys and how my team or how my boss would rate my leadership.
The interview questions centered on how I would approach the initial client engagement. I knew the client interview had gone well when we shifted into engagement planning about halfway through our allotted time.
Basic questions that were expected.... The real question you need to ask yourself is do you really need this job that bad. These people are a joke....
